Yes, all our products are 100% authentic & brand new.
Pink Orchard sources directly from official brand merchants and authorized resellers overseas, which means every item is guaranteed authentic.
We're a GST-registered business in Singapore, serving customers worldwide since 2010, so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.
Are the designer items you sell 'past-season' stock? Is that why the prices are so low?
We offer a curated mix of current season, classic & previous-season styles. Pink Orchard sources directly from brand merchants & authorized resellers overseas. By leveraging lower retail prices in select countries, favourable exchange rates & bulk purchasing, we're able to acquire luxury items at a lower cost - and pass those savings on to you.
Previous-season styles often come at especially competitive prices, making them some of the best deals on our site.
Are the colours shown on the website true to the actual product?
We do our best to ensure that product colours are accurately represented on our website. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen type, display settings and resolution.
Can I see the products in person before I place an order?
Absolutely! All products featured on our website are also available for in-person viewing and purchase at our office. You're welcome to view, inspect or try-on the products in person by appointment.

Why are your prices lower than brand boutiques?
Pink Orchard sources directly from official brand merchants & authorized resellers overseas.
By leveraging bulk purchases, lower retail prices in select countries, and favorable exchange rates, we're able to acquire designer items at a lower cost and pass those savings on to you.
Are the prices the same for both the online store and in-person purchases at your office?
Yes, prices are the same whether you shop online store or choose to purchase in person at our office.

Packaging
How are the items packaged?
As our items are sourced in bulk at discounted rates, the Original Brand Packaging (e.g. dust bag, box, paper bag) is not included.
Please refer to the individual product description for specific packaging details.
Feel free to contact us if you need additional brand packaging for gift items. We'll do our best to assist, subject to availability.
Is gift packaging available?
Yes, complimentary gift wrap is available upon request for jewelry, wallets, small leather goods & small bags.
Gift wrap is not available for larger-sized bags.
Original brand dust bags, boxes, or paper bags may be provided if spare ones are available.
Just let us know and we’ll do our best to assist, subject to availability.

International Orders:
Shipping fees & estimated delivery times vary by location. Simply enter your shipping address at checkout to view accurate rates & timelines based on your destination.
Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
