Payment Terms

How do I pay for my order?
For purchases at our Bag Gallery, you can pay via Bank Transfer or 3-months interest-free installments (Atome). For bank transfer, just PayNow to our hotline at 9235-4455. For the installment plan, just scan our QR code using the Atome app.

For Online Orders, you can pay via  Paypal or 3-months interest-free installments (Atome). The installment plan option is currently available only for Singapore customers.

You will be directed to Paypal upon checkout to enter your payment information. Please note that it is NOT necessary to have a PayPal account to make payment. You can click on the second option "Pay with my debit or credit card" and complete the payment transaction. 

Atome automatically splits your bill into 3 equal payments. You'll pay the first payment at the point of purchase. The next two payments will be spread 30 days apart, with no interest.

Do I need a PayPal account in order to purchase items online?
No, you can pay by credit/debit card via Paypal without registering for a PayPal account. You can click on the second option "Pay with my debit or credit card" and complete the payment transaction. For greater convenience, however, you may wish to register for a PayPal account, so that you do not need to key in your financial information for subsequent purchases. 

What if I encounter an error in PayPal while making payment?
Send us a print screen of the error message to our hotline at 9235-4455 and we will help to follow up on the issue with you. 

What currencies can I use?
All of our prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
For international shoppers, please note that the actual price charged will be subjected to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company. 

Do I have to pay Goods & Services Tax (GST)?
Overseas delivery is not subject to the Singapore GST . GST is applicable only for deliveries within Singapore. A standard 7% GST is inclusive in the prices stated on all products. Hence, prices on the website are net and final.  

Can I cancel my order after paying?
Once an order is placed, we do our best to ensure fast delivery to you. As such, we are unable to cancel your orders once it has been processed by our system. It is advisable to check that your order is satisfactory before confirming the order.
