How do I pay for my order?
Online Orders,
You can pay via:

- Paypal
- 3-month interest-free installments (Atome)- available only for Singapore customers.

In-Person Purchases at our Office 
You can pay via:

- Bank Transfer- simply PayNow to our Business Registration Number: 201000588E
- 3-month interest-free installments (Atome)- just scan our QR code using the Atome app

Payment Methods Explained
Paypal
At checkout, you'll be directed to Paypal to enter your payment details.
You do not need a PayPal account to complete your purchase- just select "Pay with my debit or credit card" to proceed.
For added convenience, you may register for a PayPal account to skip re-entering your payment information in future orders.

Atome Installments
Atome splits your bill into 3 equal payments:
- First Payment at checkout
- Remaining two payments spaced 30 days apart
- No interest or hidden fees

Troubleshooting PayPal Payments
If you encounter an error during checkout, please send a screenshot of the error message to our hotline at 9235-4455. We'll follow up and assist you promptly. 

What currencies can I use?
Customers can choose to view & pay in three currencies:
Singapore Dollars (SGD), US Dollars (USD), and Euros (EUR). 

Do I have to pay Goods & Services Tax (GST)?
GST (9%) is included in all listed prices and applies only to deliveries within Singapore.
Overseas orders are not subject to Singapore GST. 

However, for international orders, custom duties and import taxes may be applicable at the destination country. These charges (if any) are payable by the customer upon delivery and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, we work quicly to ensure fast delivery.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been packed and processed by our team.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
