Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-Day return policy from the date of receipt of order, subject to the following Terms & Conditions:
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange
- Merchandise must be unused, unworn & unwashed, in its original purchase condition;
- All original product packaging must be included (e.g. box, dust bag, plastic wrap, paper bag if any), along with product tags, care cards, sales invoice, manuals and accessories;
- Packaging must be intact and not be damaged or defaced;
- The Pink Orchard Return Label must remain attached to the product & uncut;
- For hygiene reasons, earrings and earphones are non-returnable;
- Items marked as FINAL SALE on the product title and listing, or stated as non-exchangeable, non-refundable, are not eligible for return.
How to Return or Exchange an Item?
If your item meets the return & exchange eligibility criteria, simply email our Customer Service Team at customercare@pinkorchard.com with the following details:
- Full name and contact information
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging to support your request and confirm eligibility
Once approved, we'll arrange a complimentary pick-up through our logistics partner. Kindly ensure the item(s) properly are packed in the original box and ready for collection at the scheduled date & time.
Return Review & Resolution
After reviewing your return:
- If valid, we'll proceed with your preferred resolution, either a refund or exchange, as indicated to our Customer Service Team;
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment mode used at checkout;
- If the return is not eligible, we'll notify you and arrange for the item(s) to be returned. A delivery fee will apply for the return shipment
Pink Orchard reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request deemed unfit or unreasonable.
Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7-14 business days. You'll receive an email notification once the refund is completed.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method;
- For Singapore orders, Express Shipping Charges are non-refundable;
- For International orders, return delivery is managed & paid by the buyer. Forward shipping fees, customs duties & import taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable;
- The final refund amount will be net of these non-refundable charges.
